The CNC lathe department specializes in medium to small-sized parts. Our highly skilled machinists, using state-of-the-art controls, can convert the most complex part into an easy-to-run program. Exacting tolerances and high surface finishes are consistently maintained. Successful hard part turning (Rc50+) to finished specifications has produced high quality parts at substantially reduced cost. Our diverse automatic screw machine department enables us to manufacture very precise parts in large production volumes in the most efficient manner possible. These single and multi-spindle machines are equipped with special attachments which enable us to perform many types of secondary operations right on the machine thus eliminating the need for extra operations. All this translates to cost savings for our customers without having to sacrifice quality, consistency, or on-time delivery.
